A reflective Solstice gathering to recognise the light within HM and explore the energy we want to attract. Please confirm your attendance so I can plan the day around everyone.
The day
Dee’s Retreat is designed to be interactive, with many creative interventions, anything from golf, archery and axe throwing to relaxing spa treatments.
If there are any activities you would rather not take part in, just let me know in your RSVP below and I will plan the day to cater to all tastes.
Purpose & theme
The Summer Solstice offers a moment to pause, reflect and imagine new futures for HM. Throughout the day, each grouping will consider the strengths, capabilities and qualities we collectively hold, the “light within” that we want to preserve and build upon.
We will also reflect on our organisational structure and ask: how are we doing, what is working well, and where might we need to evolve?
After lunch, the focus turns forward: what do we want to attract into the business, and where would investment make the greatest difference?
Schedule
A moment to absorb and acknowledge the light within HM: our collective talent, subject-matter expertise, client relationships, commercial acumen, rigour, capacity and resilience.
Each function imagines what could be possible with greater investment. What is the fantasy, where would we invest first, and what should we double down on? Each group shares the opportunities, priorities and themes they want HM to carry forward.
Opening at 4pm, close at 5.30pm.
